Tom Rogers joined the Knights of Columbus in 1993. Completing his Admissions degree on 01 March 1993 and joining council # 8077 at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seaton Church in Tucson, AZ. On 19 Mar 1999, Tom transferred into our council and served as Grand Knight for Fraternal Year 1999 - 2000. He moved to Colorado and on 05 April 2010 transferred to Council # 5064 in Arvada, CO. Our Worthy council chaplain, Fr. Pat Crino led us in a memorial Mass for Tom on 11 Mar 2018. It is an honor befitting a brother knight called home to the Lord, but especially fitting for a Past Grand Knight of our council.

If you look at the list of names under the "In Memoriam" tab on our council website, you will notice that PGK Tom Rogers is the only knight listed there who was not a member of our council at the time of his death. Tom is included due to the many years of faithful service he provided our council and especially his dedicated leadership as our Grand Knight at a critical time in our council's history.
