Our council hosts at least three spaghetti dinners each year. One in August for the new families beginning the school year and two as fundraisers for the 8th grade field trip to the Catalina Island Marine Institute in California in May.



We cook our sauce from scratch using an old family recipe. The meal includes a vegetarian option angel hair pasta, salad and rolls and cake for dessert. Entertainment is usually the Folklorico dancers but sometimes the school kids put on a skit or sing.

Our 8th grade students operate the serving line and dessert table. They assist with the set up and clean-up.
