There is no better way to get into the Christmas spirit than to help decorate our church for Christmas. Make it a family affair. There are many tasks to get the church ready. The purple banners must be taken down and Christmas wreaths hung on the 12 columns and church doors. Larger wreaths are hung on either side of the sanctuary and in the rear of church above the choir loft. Christmas trees are put in place and the nativity manger scene is set up.

Pointsettias are arranged in front of the altar and 6 large pointsettias are placed 3 on each side of the tabernacle and in front of the nativity scene.

On Christmas eve, the curtain behind the altar is changed from purple to white and the altar linens and gift table purple cloths are replaced with white ones.
