Worthy Sir Knight William "Bill" Howard Janton, 87, of Tucson, AZ, born March 26, 1928 in Teaneck, NJ passed away peacefully at home on October 26, 2015.Bill was a loving husband for almost 54 years to Anne (deceased 2004), and an
incredible father to Mark (Kathy), Boonton, NJ; Christopher (Christine), Tucson, AZ; Gregory (deceased) (Christine), Tucson; Renee, Kauai, Hawaii; Annette, Tucson; Matthew (Jacquelyn), Tucson; and Maura (Christopher) Valparaiso,
IN. Bill was a loving grandfather to 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and part of the lives of scores and scores. Bill is music!
Bill served as our Council's Worthy Lecturer for 3 years until he died. He was also a pretty good bartender and served as such when our council hosted the State Organizational Meeting in June 2015. He was also a regular on the serving line at our monthly parish breakfasts.
